    YECHUANG MT High Temperature Granulation Process

    This is an advanced granulation process,which realizes mixing,granulating and drying functions in only one single machine.The mixtures will be heated up to a certain temperature at the first stage,then they will be transported into the rotating mixing pan,to be mixed,granulated and dried in the same machine.At last,the granules will be cooled to ambient temperature by a special multiple belt cooler to obtain the finished granules.

    1) The final granules have stable grain gradable distribution and extremely low amount of fines,thus they have very low porosity,high bulk density and stable strength properties.

    2) At the final stage,this granulation process makes the granules dried quickly and directly,therefore,there is no need to use additional dryer and other auxiliary equipment.

    3) This granulation process is very flexible,requiring very small space.

    4) The process doesn’t need harsh environment,with little effects by the environment changes,even no effects.

    5) Comparative to the traditional room temperature granulation process,the production cost control is apparently much lower,almost saving 50% or even more comprehensively.

    Nowadays,this special granulation technology has been applied to the preparation of ceramsite proppants,bauxite,fly ash,cat litter and other raw materials for granulation.

    The Unique Structure and Advanced Working Principles

    With unique outline structure of 30° inclined angle mixing silo, mixing pan in clockwise rotation plus high speed rotating three-dimensional mixing tools in anticlockwise, our intensive mixers are adopted with world-leading mixing principles:物料运动图

    1) Then mixing under the strong mechanical shearing force , the inclined rotating mixing silo brings the material to the top, rolling of granules dropping under gravity and peeled off by the multi-purpose scraper, which primely realize the vertical mixing.

    2) The mixing tool can run variably, slow to fast for mixing ,granulating,drying increase of rolling energy . (i.e. the input of power into the mix can thus be controlled specifically,thus the granule sizes can be controlled accordingly)

    3) The separation between material move and mixing process allows the speed of the mixing tool to be variable within wide limits.

    Main Features

    1) A rotating mixing pan that continually transports the material to the rotating mixing tool,including counter-flowing currents of material with a high velocity differential.

    2) An inclined rotating mixing pan,which together with a stationary multi-purpose wall-bottom scraper produces high vertical flow rates.

    3) A multi-purpose wall-bottom scraper designed to prevent residue accumulations on the walls and bottom surface of the mixing pan and to accelerate material discharge at the end of the mixing cycle.

    4) Rugged and minimum-maintenance design.Easy replacement of mixing blades.The shape and the number of mixing blades(or granulating rods) are adapted to the process material.

    5) Intermittent or continuous mode of operation optional.
